This wonderful property enjoys stunning panoramic sea views towards Capstone Hill over Illfracombe' picturesque harbour and stretching far out to sea. Accessed via a communal internal staircase the small entrance hall opens into an expansive living/dining room with huge floor to ceiling windows taking advantage of the wonderful sea vista. This elegant room has high ceilings with original cornice and picture rails and comfy sofas surround the modern fireplace with pebble effect gas fire. Two steps up and through an open archway the attractive kitchen is light and bright with triple aspect windows and sea views. The double bedroom is accessed from the hallway together with a modern shower room featuring a double size shower unit. In a wonderful location within easy reach of restaurants, shops, galleries and the Landmark Theatre, Ashmour is an ideal choice for couples looking for something special in this popular coastal town. The beautiful beaches of Woolacombe are just a short drive away and Exmoor National Park is within easy reach. *A low rise apartment building is being constructed on the opposite side of the road to Ashmour and the work is visible from some of the apartment windows, however this should be fully completed by May 2012.*

Bedroom 1 with King. Shower room with double shower unit, WC and basin.
Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Bath robes. Gas CH. No smoking. A good selection of CDs, DVDs books and games. Regret no pets. Allocated parking for 1 car. No cot is provided, please bring your own travel cot. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday.
