Badger Cottage is over 200 years old and has had many uses over the years, it is a pretty cottage. Sweffling is a pretty village situated midway between the medieval market town of Framlingham with its Castle and Saxmundham which has the benefit of a railway station with direct trains to London's Liverpool Street. Saxmundham also offers a range of shops, public houses and a Wednesday market. Sweffling is a popular village at the centre of Suffolk's Heritage Coast, providing an excellent base for tourists wishing to visit the many attractions in the area. Badger Cottage is over 200 years old and has had many uses over the years. Built from traditional red brick and with its beams and barn door we're sure you'll agree this pretty cottage makes an ideal holiday retreat. Badger Cottage is situated adjacent to Alde Garden which is the owners award winning green campsite. The owners were winners of the Sustainable Tourism Award for 2011 at the Suffolk Tourism Awards.
