An impressive first class apartment in a quiet location to the edge of Mortehoe, Devon.
Bluestone Point will appeal to guests seeking a quieter location, nestling just to the edge of Mortehoe village yet within easy reach of Woolacombe. With a few steps to each entrance the apartments are located on the ground floor with a rural outlook towards the National Trust headland and sea glimpses from the front of the building. All benefit from a fully enclosed rear courtyard and private off road parking. Undeniably one of the prettiest and most sought after villages in North Devon, there is a post office, stores, delicatessen, restaurant, two pubs serving food, fishmongers plus fish and chip shop serving locally caught specialities. Access to the pathway leading down to Rockham Bay and Bull Point Lighthouse and coast path is yards from your doorstep and you can enjoy some breathtaking walks.
Beach Break provides an excellent standard of accommodation and benefits from distant sea views from the spacious open plan living room and main bedroom. Enjoy a contemporary living experience with leather sofas, wood flooring and pebble effect fire together with a pristine white fitted kitchen. The two bedrooms offer sumptuous high quality duvets and pillows, the double with patio doors enjoys an outlook to the front with distant sea views and has an ensuite wet room, whilst the second bedroom is to the rear and served by a separate bathroom. The small rear courtyard is accessed from both the kitchen and second bedroom and is a perfect spot for breakfast.
