The large 'L' shaped living/dining room is complete with modern furnishings, large comfy leather sofas and made cosy with electric wood burning style stove. In the kitchen, modern white units are complimented by granite style worktops and small breakfast bar. There are three stylish bedrooms, the master double and one twin enjoying dune views and all served by a modern family bathroom, attractively fitted and with slate style floor. Dune views are also enjoyed from the fully enclosed paved garden, an idyllic spot for guests to relax. The garage provides a useful storage area for surfboards, bicycles and beach equipment and the extended driveway provides ample parking. Croyde is a popular village with a good variety of shops, pubs and restaurants and with easy access to the coastal paths and Bryher Lee is a perfect choice all year round.
