The market towns of Holt and Fakenham are a short distance away: the latter has a great local market on a Thursday and the former is renowned for its diverse shopping opportunities and cafe lifestyle. Norwich is easily accessible and offers more historic opportunities. The coast at Wells or Blakeney is close by as are Sheringham and Cromer. The area abounds with National Cycle routes all offering a pleasant and calm opportunity to enjoy your natural surroundings.
Pine Cottage is a pretty 19th century mid-terrace traditional cottage located within the quiet and rural village of Hindolveston. This is an active village which often offers musical and cinema events at the village hall. It has a small farm shop and a good recreation ground for young children. The market town of Reepham is seven miles away and the villages of Briston and Melton Constable are two miles and have good facilities especially the butchers both of which are renowned in the area.
