Ground floor apartment with lovely sea views just a few minutes walk from the beach and village centre.
Seaspray is in a great location with just a short downhill stroll to the beach and a choice of shops, pubs and restaurants which means you could give the car a holiday too! Several steps and a gravel pathway lead up to the private entrance of this split level style, ground floor apartment. The cosy open plan living / dining room / kitchen has comfy leather sofas and full width French doors opening onto the decked patio and gravelled garden area which enjoys expansive sea views towards Baggy Point. This a perfect spot for leisurely al fresco dining, evening drinks as the sun sets over the sea or just relaxing at any time of day. Sea views are also on offer from the double bedroom which is adjacent to the living room, and just five steps lead up to the two ground floor twin bedrooms, all served by a modern bathroom. To the rear, approached by several steps, is a communal raised lawn area ideal for hanging wet suits. For beach lovers, surfers or walkers Seaspray is an ideal choice for both families and friends.
