Set just to the edge of the village, yet within a few minutes walk of the centre of Braunton with its good selection of shops, pubs and bistros, this peacefully situated property, on a spacious corner plot, is surrounded by mature gardens and slightly sloping lawn. Light, airy, and comfortable throughout, the double aspect living room looks out over the gardens, and the attractive kitchen/breakfast room has a table and chairs for dining. Five steps lead off the hallway to the three bedrooms together with a separate bathroom. The stunning, sandy beaches of Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe are within a short drive and beautiful Exmoor National Park is within easy reach.
