A well equipped house close to the centre of Southwold South Green Area - Properties here enjoy one of the best locations in town. From many of them you can look across South Green towards Gun Hill and the sea and the properties are within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The popular Red Lion Inn overlooking South Green is even closer. The Dolls House is the perfect cottage for an ideal Southwold getaway, virtually on South Green, only minutes from the beach and the town centre shops. It has been renovated and has a paved courtyard garden which is sunny and sheltered. It provides very comfortable and pleasant accommodation for a holiday. A beach hut may be available to book with this property - please check at time of booking. Shops: 100 yards Pub: 50 yards. Ground Floor: Long Hallway including a Dining Area with exposed timber ceilings, Errol dining table and chairs and a cloak cupboard Sitting Room with TV, DVD player, a double sofa bed, gas fire and exposed ceiling timbers. The Dolls House has the added benefit of a beach hut in a prime central location that is available at an extra charge.
