Recently renovated and stylishly presented, this contemporary apartment is just perfect for couples who enjoy high quality accommodation and an edge of town location. With a south facing private rear decked patio you can eat al fresco in the sunshine or simply relax and enjoy your well earned break. A fifteen minute stroll will take you down to the picturesque harbour and great selection of restaurants, pubs and shops. You can take a boat trip to Lundy Island or check out the Landmark Theatre to see the shows on offer. The spacious living / dining room with attractive fireplace and excellent sea views has a large comfy leather sofa which can be converted to a bed if required, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. A modern well equipped kitchen provides everything you could need and the luxurious modern bathroom features a spa bath.
