Description of The Mallows
A modern detached holiday home in an enviable location within a short walk of the village centre. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac very close to Croyde's sandy beach and within a short walk of the pretty village centre, the Mallows boasts an enviable location. The modern detached dormer bungalow offers spacious and homely accommodation for families. There is oak flooring in the kitchen, sunroom and living room/dining room, complemented with rugs and a multi fuel wood burning stove to create a warm feel. Double doors from the lovely kitchen provide access to the garden, which is fully enclosed, with a level lawn and covered pond. With access from the landing to a balcony you can enjoy wonderful views. Four bedrooms are featured at The Mallows. You will find two bedrooms and a recently renovated family bathroom on the ground floor and two further bedrooms on the first floor, the double with an ensuite. The Mallows makes a perfect home from home summer holiday base for a large family party. Croyde village itself is very popular and has a good selection of village shops, pubs and restaurants.

Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, large fridge and large freezer. Sunroom. Bathroom with bath and fitted shower over bath, WC and basin. Bedroom 1 with Double. Bedroom 2 with Twin. First floor: Bedroom 3 with Double and ensuite shower room with WC and basin. Bedroom 4 with Twin.
