All properties therefore has easy access to beaches and town centre amenities by road and various footpaths. Reydon boasts two well-stocked village stores, as well as the Randolph Hotel which has an excellent restaurant and good locals' bar. The Spinney is situated in a quiet residential area in Reydon. It is a delightful detached modern property, decorated and equipped to a high standard. The nearest shop is just a few minutes away and Southwold town, beach and harbour are a fifteen minute walk.
